For patients arriving from hospital admissions after serious illness, surgery, or injury, we provide comprehensive weekly wound care services directly at bedside to help you safely transition patients back to their homes.
For patients who are semi-autonomous with chronic and non-healing wounds requiring routine visits to outpatient wound care centers. We simplify the care by providing services in-house and eliminating the logistics of patient transportation.
For patients who are on short-term stays requiring skilled nursing but remain at risk for readmission to higher level of care if ongoing medical conditions and chronic wounds do not stabilize or are failing to respond to conventional therapies.
